Youth Volunteer of the Year - Ryan Mouck (MOWK) has been volunteering at community events for many years and always shows up with a smile and a willingness to help wherever he is needed. From helping with Langdon Days setup and pancake breakfasts, to assisting with parade organization, supporting the children’s festival, helping with Movie in the Park events, and even putting on a mascot costume, Ryan is always ready to jump in and lend a hand. He is a wonderful role model for other young people in our community and truly shows how volunteering can make a difference.
Adult Volunteer of the Year - Chantelle Everett is the kind of volunteer every community hopes for — someone who quietly steps in wherever help is needed and gives her time and talents without ever seeking recognition. Over the years, she has supported many parts of our community, including the Langdon Library, Langdon Days, the Food Bank, Scouts, and the Sarah Thompson School Parent Council, where she served for many years, including as Chair. Chantelle leads by example and helps make Langdon the caring and connected community we are proud to call home.

Adopt a Planter – Help Beautify Langdon 🌸
The Langdon Community Association invites residents, families, and local businesses to help keep our community vibrant by participating in our Adopt-a-Planter program.
Volunteers can choose a planter in the community to care for throughout the season. By adopting a planter, you’ll help keep Langdon looking beautiful by watering, tidying, and maintaining the flowers during the summer months. It’s a simple way to give back and take pride in our shared spaces.
This program is a great opportunity for families, community groups, youth volunteers, and businesses who want to contribute to the community in a visible and meaningful way.
🌼 What’s involved:
Even small efforts make a big difference in keeping Langdon a place we are proud to call home.
