Facility Rental Booking Procedure

To ensure we have sufficient time to review and prepare for your event, all rental requests must be submitted a minimum of 48 hours prior to the requested rental date and time.

Please note that submitting a booking request does not guarantee a reservation. All facility rentals are subject to review and approval by the Langdon Community Association.

Rental Process

1. Submit your rental request.
2. The Langdon Community Association reviews the request.
3. If approved, an invoice and rental agreement will be issued.
4. Payment and the completed rental agreement must be received before the rental is confirmed.
5. Once confirmed, a rental information package will be emailed to the renter containing all the information needed to access your rental. 

Important Notes

• Do not send payment until your rental request has been approved and an invoice has been issued.

• Rental requests received with less than 48 hours' notice may not be approved.

• The Langdon Community Association reserves the right to decline rental requests based on availability, staffing requirements, or other operational considerations.

• Rental requests submitted on weekends, holidays, or outside regular office hours may require additional processing time.
